ATTENTION! There is a new nail polish on that market that stays for more than two days - yeah, you heard me. It's called Gelish Nail Polish. Basically, it is a type of acrylic that come in colors, actually 72 colors to be exact. It is should stay for about two weeks. Its expensive as crap to buy so I suggest you go get em done.

My manicure was $28 but I got it with the hand massage and all that.. duh. I went to Luxury Nails in Richmond, VA and got some rando so I can't really recommend a manicurist. I usually go to Tammy at Nails 4 U but she's always booked so I had to cheat this time. Sorry Tam.

Color: Bashful

For all the color options and more info go to the Gelish Website: HERE

Hi everyone!! So I haven’t been very up to date with my posts.. Life has been crazy busy since summer started. Whoever thinks summer is for relaxing is dead wrong (in my mind atleast). Luckily, I have my mom to remind me that when things get complicated I need to just stop, go somewhere quiet, and breathe.  I have a tendency to make my life way harder than it needs to be because a. I can’t say no to people and b.  I’m convinced I am superwoman and can take on 9084382 tasks at once. (Trust me people; taking on too many tasks just ends up in a thousand halfway finished projects) To deal with my situation, I am learning how to breathe, organize my life, and get my priorities straight.

Here’s a quick outline of what is going on in this hot mess of a summer:

  • Classes start – taking 5 summer classes, somehow, somewhere

  • New sewing machine arrives

  • My Birthday (Flag Day..yes it’s a real holiday)
  • Jewelry Open house
  • Get website working, ugh
  • Trunk Show in Pittsburgh, PA Yoga Studio
  • Smith Mountain Lake
  • Create and distribute wholesalers catalog
  • Hilton Head
  • Old Dominion Horse Show: Charlottesville, VA
  • Visit Kelsey & Amy in DC
  • Design “jewelry for a cause” necklaces
  • Move into new house in Tuscaloosa, AL
  • Start working on F/W collection
